Angelina Jolie Diet Plan and Workout Routine

Angelina Jolie is best known for her portrayal of Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider film. She is still, sometimes veiny and his good muscle tone.Very little is known of her diet plan and workout routine, but whatever little information we have is provided here. Angelina Jolie is said to be 20 pounds less than her ideal weight of 130 lbs for her height of 5’7″.

  • Her diet had low carbohydrate content to shave off any fat that could develop. High protein content meant that she could develop muscles easily to portray her role.
  • She used protein shakes to get extra protein into her diet too.
  • She followed the popular notion of 6 small meals at regular intervals rather than 3 large heavy meals.
  • She was also rumored to be on the Vegan Diet, and was criticized for being so thin and losing too much weight.
  • Some sources suggest that she avoids wheat based foods and red meat, laying more emphasis on raw salads, fruits and fish.
  • Angelina Jolie had once admitted her fondness of sea bass, vegetables and soy milk, going on to say that she drank only soy milk.

I joke that a big, juicy steak is my beauty secret. But seriously, I love red meat. I was a vegan for a long time, and it nearly killed me. I found I was not getting enough nutrition.

Some sources said that Angelina Jolie had preferred variety in her diet, and sometimes fretted over the same food over and over again.

Sometimes it will be just green tea and nuts. Other days, it will be red meat and red wine, and then, back to tea and some tiny portion of protein. Sometimes, Light soups that didn’t have a cream base – that became the constant request.

It was also heard that Angelina Jolie had been on a 600 calorie diet, sometimes even forgetting to eat. According to insiders,

The worrying thing is that she is so busy, she often forgets to eat. She would sometimes skip lunch or grab a few almonds or gummy bears on the go, or have a protein-based shake rather than a full meal. Then dinner could be something like a lean steak and a glass of red wine

    I am a big Angelina Jolie fan, but with all due respect…I see black women with full lips like this every day. Angelina just has exotic features. A white women having full lips (without an injection) is taboo so that’s one of the things that makes her and Jessica Alba really stand out.
