Born on March 3,1982, Jessica Claire Biel is an American model, actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Mary Camden in the drama series 7th Heaven. Engaged to Justin Timberlake, she has a physique that most guys will lust for and most women would hate to see. With a height of 5’8″, the star of A-Team, who weighs 108 lbs, Jessica Biel admits that there is no magic pill or magic drink which will keep her in shape.
JESSICA BIEL DIET:
Jessica Biel believes the trick is to eat sensibly in moderation. She eats sensibly for 6 days in a week and cheats on the 7th day. In her own words,
I love my food. I stuff my face all the time! I eat very healthy, I work out a lot, but you have to cheat. You have to go out and go to fabulous restaurants and just eat and enjoy it and drink great wine.
Even with a perfect figure like hers, she says that there are certain areas in the body which all people wished they never had. She says:
Everyone has areas that they’re not comfortable with. Mine are my butt, thighs and legs.”
Jessica Biel wants to promote a healthy image among girls and wants to be their role model, telling them that its not necessary to be stick thick in order to look gorgeous.
Jessica Biel is said to have made a new year’s resolution, in which she vowed to stop eating cheese and start eating kale. The following is the diet she follows daily.
Breakfast: A cup of oatmeal with a handful of berries.
Snack: 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbsp of almond butter and sliced bananas.
Lunch: Salad with 5-6 oz of chicken,vinegar dressing.
Snack: One banana, apple and strawberries.
Dinner: 6 oz of fish, plate full of veggies, 1 cup of basmati rice and a couple of pieces of dark chocolate.
However, Jessica Biel hates the diet plans she has to follow during shooting, as they make her feel miserable. According to her (in the video below)
You spend months and months training and doing crazy diets. It’s the hardest experience. You look great but you are miserable. I literally dream of food. Cake, pasta, bread and croissants are in my head the whole time, that’s all I can think about.
