Triple H Workout Routine and Fitness

WWE superstar Paul Michael Levesque, better known as The Cerebral Assassin, The Game- Triple H, is a professional Wrestler and a bodybuilding fan. The career of Triple H actually began as a bodybuilder. His height is 6’4″ and he weighs 255 pounds. Triple H took an interesting in bodybuilding as early as 15 years old. Triple H won his first title, Teenage Mr. New Hampshire, at the age of 19 and decided to enter the world of wrestling thereafter. Triple H lends an insight into his workout routine and bodybuilding workouts that help him build muscles and his attitude that helps him overcome the pain.

Triple H based his workout on a traditional bodybuilding approach that includes a split day routine. His workout routine also includes heavy and light days.

  • Dumbbell presses : 2-4 sets of 6-10 repetitions.
  • Triceps pushdowns : 2-4 sets of 6-10 repetitions

  • Triceps push-downs : 2-4 sets of 12-15 repetitions.

    I work out on a regular basis and iWork out heavy and hard I am 57 years old I have watched many workout vedioes never have I ever seen any more intense than triple h. Can’t believe it would like to have a CD of his workout triple h is the best he is very inspiring
